A big part of my Soul Mission in life is to be a communicator.  As such, I have developed a blog, an online advice column and an astrological coaching practice in addition to writing my first book. I consider myself an online life coach, but some call me a holistic life coach, a spiritual life coach or an astro coach!  I’ll mix spiritual guidance and astrology into your life for the purpose of  helping you learn about and live your Soul Mission.

What is a Soul Mission?

A Soul Mission can be seen as “your assignment for this lifetime.” It is what your Soul put you on this Earth to do, and it goes far beyond your job. Your Soul Mission is vast, endless and exhilarating. The things that bring you the most joy in life are the parts of your life where you are really in alignment with your Soul and with your Mission. You can get a sense of what your Mission is from your longings and desires, and your accomplishment of it from your feelings of pride and satisfaction. If you’re looking for a rush, align with your Soul and see your life take off.

Connecting with your Soul is a huge part of living your Mission. This is not as complicated as you might think. Although it does take some effort, the pay-offs are immeasurable. Your Soul is within you and It wants to help you with every aspect of your life. I can teach you about the personality of your Soul and the best way to connect with It. I find all of the information about your Soul and your Mission in your astrological chart.

There are so many ways that our Souls will help us to achieve our Soul Missions, just as there are ways that They try to send us messages when we are off track. It is up to us to learn the language that our Souls speak.

My story…

I started out corporate, working in creative ad agency human resources departments. I eventually left that life to become a stay-at-home mother, during which time I had a life-changing spiritual awakening (read more about that in this article), which led me, over time, to my current path. I now study and practice what I call “Soul Mission Astrology.” Teaching people how to connect with their Souls and to have Them engaged in their lives to help them live their Missions is the basis of my work. I am always looking at my life through the eyes of my Soul Mission, which helps me to stay on track and to continue learning what my Soul brought me into this life to learn. The more I understand and value my Mission, the more I am able to do it.

Over the years I have also studied a number of healing techniques including nutrition, The Sedona Method, The Silva Method and EFT. I have learned to hone my intuition and to be connected with Source. I have also been writing.

Writing a book started out as a dream ten years ago. I am now working on my first book in addition to running my business and blog. I write about my journey and I share the wisdom I’ve learned.

On a more personal note, I live in the San Francisco Bay Area with my husband and two young children. I have talked them into engaging their Souls and working on their Soul Missions too!

The principles of my coaching work:

My personal teacher, Linda Brady, herself a master at karmic astrology, has taught me that the astrological chart can best be used not to predict our clients’ futures like many astrology readings do, but rather to look at our clients’ pasts in order to understand their karma. When we clean up and resolve our pasts, we are freer to be our best selves. Therefore, I frequently use past-life analysis in my practice.

I believe that people want to learn how to heal and help themselves, and I offer that service to you. I give my clients tools that they can use to live an empowered life. This involves working on all levels, including the mind, the body and the Soul. I honor all three as equally important. In order to find our Soul, we often need to go through our emotional work, as well as take our earthly actions.

The New Age has arrived and it is time to start living it.  Humans are here to have a different experience than we have ever had before at any other time in history.  We are here to learn about our Souls, to connect with our Souls, and to live our Soul Missions.  We are here to understand where we came from and where we are going.  We are here to eschew the extremes, to balance out our lives, and to find the power within ourselves that will help us to do that.
